To Whom it May Concern,

     I mailed to your office two Watch band clasps on the 8-3-2021.  As of today I have not received a replacement for those buckles.  My address is 1590 Sarakinis Path, The Villages, FL 32163.  Your utmost attention of my two buckles is greatly appreciated.  Have a wonderful holiday season.
